Hon'ble Mr. Justice P. N. Khanna (Retd.)

After completing the Academic career (M.A. in Economics, L.L.B.) he started his practice as a Lawyer in 1937 at Lahore. It was in 1944 to 1947 that he joined as an Honorary Law Consultant of MCKR Trust. In1968,he was elevated as a Judge in Delhi High Court where he delivered various judgment especially in Company Law etc.. He retired in 1974 but was appointed Adhoc Judge immediately after retirement. Finally, he retired from the Delhi Bench of High Court in December,1974.

After retirement, Justice P.N.Khanna has been busy doing Arbitration cases in a number of important matters. Justice P.N.Khanna has been the founder Director of Paper Products Ltd. from where he retired in 1999. He is the Chairman and Director of various Public Limited Companies, some of which are:


a) Controls and Switchgear Co. Ltd.
b) Controls and Switchgear contactors Ltd.
c) C&S protection and Controls Ltd.
d) R.S. Components & Controls (India) Ltd.
e) Leroy Somer and Controls India (P) Ltd.
f) Wago and Controls (India) Ltd.
g) Controls and Switchgear Gewiss India (P) Ltd.
h) Controls and Switchgear Himoinss (P) Ltd.
i) Supreme Motors

He is also a trustee of :

1. MCKR Trust since 1948/49
2. Dyal Singh Library Trust Society
3. Dyal Singh College Trust Society, Karnal

He is a member of Governing Bodies of following Educational Institutions:-
a) Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, New Delhi
b) Sanatan Dharma College, (Lahore), New Delhi
